How long does the process take?
We typically ask for 3-6 wks. to create a suite, maps, menus, etc.
Domestic orders shipped via USPS typically take 2-3 business days to ship. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
How does shipping work?
We ship via USPS, we will provide tracking for all domestic orders.
Insurance is recommended for large orders.
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. The processing time is 6-10 business days.
The Vintage Inkwell is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the shipping process.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes we offer rush orders, depending on the order and the timeline we will let you know if this is possible or not; if yes, than an additional 20%-35% of your total will be charged for rush fees (depends on amount of time to complete the order).
What is your return/refund/cancellation policy?
Because every order is created by hand, they are non-refundable and not eligible for an exchange or return once started. Once you pay the total and the information of the order is given and begun, we will not be able to cancel your order. If the order has not been started then we can issue a refund minus a restocking fee for purchased supplies (envelopes, paper, etc).
Two proofs are provided where you can make minor changes; such as formatting changes, and some calligraphy changes. If additional changes are required, the fee is $250.
