How long does the process take?
We typically ask for 2-4 months for the design process, printing, & shipping. This will also be determined based on the size of the order and our work schedule.
Domestic orders shipped via USPS typically take 2-3 business days to ship. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
How does shipping work?
We ship via USPS, we will provide tracking for all domestic orders.
We suggest asking for a signature upon the arrival of your package and / or additional Insurance for large orders.
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. The processing time is 6-10 business days.
The Vintage Inkwell is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the shipping process.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes we offer rush orders, depending on the order and the timeline we will let you know if this is possible or not; if yes, than an additional 20%-35% of your total will be charged for rush fees (depends on amount of time to complete the order).
What is your return/refund/cancellation policy?
Due to the handmade nature of our work they are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange. If there is a misspelled envelope we will gladly re-pen and ship. If there is an error on work approved by the client then there will be an additional fee for the extra service which will also prolong the delivery date. PLEASE BE SURE TO GO OVER THE PROOFS CAREFULLY BEFORE APPROVAL, Thank you :)
How many changes can be made to a suite from The Collection options?
Two proofs are provided where you can make minor changes; such as formatting changes, text changes, color changes, and some calligraphy changes. If additional changes are required, there will be a separate fee.
